ABOUT ME

My name’s Billy Casimir, and I’m a personal trainer based in Miami, Florida specializing in pain-free strength training. My journey into fitness started back in my football and track days. I loved the sports, but it was the weight room that truly had my heart. Over the years, I’ve dealt with my fair share of injuries—knee and shoulder issues—but I’m proud to say I’m pain-free now...(unless I decide to try something I have no business doing!) ...and I’ve made it my mission to help others feel the same.

I've been helping people discover a different version of themselves for about 11 years now, however about seven years ago, my mom was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, which inspired me to dive deeper into understanding movement and longevity. I even pursued physical therapy for a time but ultimately found my calling in personal training. Helping clients overcome pain, build strength, and achieve their goals is where I thrive.

In the early days of my fitness journey, I was all about bodybuilding—getting as shredded and jacked as possible. But I realized there’s more to fitness than just aesthetics. After meeting one of my many mentors Matt Pack, Owner of Primal Fit Miami, I shifted focus to "functional training"—what we call having both a “show body” and a “go body.”

That’s when I started integrating movement and performance into my training style.

Now, I’ve developed a hybrid approach that combines the best of both worlds. Whether it’s helping a busy executive feel strong and energized, or working with an older client to regain confidence and mobility, I tailor every session to fit their needs. For me, it’s not just about looking good—it’s about moving well, feeling strong, and building habits that stick.

One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is helping people find stability during chaotic times. Many of my clients are busy professionals who come to me feeling overwhelmed and looking for structure. Seeing them transform, not just physically but mentally, is what keeps me passionate about my work. It’s about building that internal confidence that comes from showing up, sticking to a routine, and making progress.
